If you have less need to focus on psychological issues and want to focus more on taking practical steps in life? Then coaching might be right for you. Together we look at where you want to work towards. This can be by working on your self-image, integrating life-changing experiences, your health, your career path, in the relational sphere, etc. I combine disciplines from my background as a psychologist, yoga therapist and give lifestyle advice to assist you in the best possible way.


The coaching I offer focuses on three pillars, psychology, exercise and nutrition. I see these pillars as inseparable from each other. I believe that a balanced life is the key to a happy life.
